  個人簡介

  沈錫輝,男,1972年11月出生,陜西丹鳳人。農業與環境微生物學研究團隊”學術帶頭人,旱區作物逆境生物學國家重點實驗室學術骨干,西北農林科技大學“青年英才培養計劃”首屆入選者,2017年獲批國家杰出青年科學基金項目。近5年以通訊作者在Nature Communications、PNAS、PLoS Pathogens、mBio、Envrionmental Microbiology等國際著名期刊發表SCI論文40余篇,其中兩篇入選Faculty of 1000,并被NewsRx, Advances in Yersinia Research and Treatment, Front. Cell. Infect. Microbiol., Curr Opin Microbiol.等多次推薦點評。獲授權專利3件。曾作為主要研究人員參加國家重大專項,973,863, 國家自然科學基金等項目的研究。任中國微生物學會普通微生物專業委員會委員,國際期刊Frontiers in Microbiology特刊聯合編輯及十多個微生物國際期刊審稿人,多次應邀在國際、國內學術會議做大會報告及分會場主旨報告。

2005-2008年為美國普度大學生物科學系博士后

2008-2010年任中科院武漢病毒所病毒學國家重點實驗室副研究員

2010年作為引進人才擔任西北農林科技大學生命科學學院教授、博導

  研究方向

  沈錫輝教授主要從事農業與環境微生物學研究,在細菌六型分泌系統的功能研究及效應蛋白鑒定、細菌生物膜形成及運動性調控、植物內共生微生物組及其對農作物的促生抗旱功能研究、芳香化合物降解機制等方面取得了比較突出的成績, 包括 1)首次發現細菌六型分泌系統的離子轉運功能,率先報道了一類離子結合型T6SS效應蛋白在離子轉運和細菌抗環境脅迫及宿主營養免疫中發揮重要作用;2)以谷氨酸棒桿菌為模型系統揭示了分枝硫醇在細菌抗多重環境脅迫中的多樣化作用機制;3)發現細菌鞭毛三型分泌系統伴侶蛋白FliS通過與FlgM相互作用而抑制其分泌,進而影響細菌鞭毛系統基因表達調控,從而揭示了鞭毛系統基因表達的關閉機制。
